1.
The heroine stands upright

Upper body slowly leans 15 degrees to the left
Tilt gently 15 degrees to the right
Tilt back slowly 15 degrees

The heroine's legs are spread shoulder-width apart.
Lean forward. Both hands touch the ground
Lean slowly to the left. Touch the left toes with both hands
Lean slowly to the right. Touch your right toes
